More mental subtraction with large numbers.

Complete subtraction sentences using mental methods only.

Start by subtracting 0.9 from numbers and then move on to adding or subtracting 1.9, 2.9 using the same technique.

Work out mentally the answers to these sets of subtraction sums. For some, write down the method used to do it.

A variety of addition and subtraction of decimals questions. Take time to ensure they are all correct.

Reminder: the factors of a number are those numbers that divide exactly into it, without leaving a remainder. A number which only has factors of 1 and itself is called a prime number.

Use knowledge of factors to help with multiplying and dividing larger numbers: quite difficult concepts.

The prime factors of a number are the factors which are also prime numbers. They can be found by using a factor tree.

Work out the missing digit from the question.

Consolidating the relationship between multiplication and division. Knowing one fact means that you actually know four!
