We have a superb range of beautifully presented maths worksheets to help your child begin his or her understanding of number, counting and calculating.
Unlike many other worksheets these are not computer generated but have been created by working teachers to give you the best possible resources to help your child.
For children aged 4 or 5 the best way you can help is to talk and discuss ideas with them. Use the worksheets in this way. Sit down with them, show them the page, talk about it, talk about the characters on the page. Explain what it is that needs doing. Give help when they need it.
Never try to do too much – just a page or two every day is enough, and there are plenty to choose from!
